This role offers the opportunity to contribute to operational excellence within a stimulating international context, at the heart of the luxury sector. /ppbr/ppstrongWhat You'll Do /strong /ppbr/pullistrongSales and Cash Management /strong: You will be responsible for the daily reconciliation of sales and customer payments. This involves processing and reconciling all cash and card receipts and ensuring the accurate reconciliation of transitory accounts for card payments, cash, and checks. /li /ulpbr/pullistrongInvoice Processing and Accruals /strong: Your tasks will include overseeing the downloading and verification of supplier invoices to ensure their timely and accurate recording. You will also prepare and manage all necessary accruals and rent deferrals. /li /ulpbr/pullistrongIntercompany Transactions /strong: You will handle the recording and reconciliation of intercompany invoices, conducting monthly reconciliations to ensure accuracy. /li /ulpbr/pullistrongReporting and Archiving /strong: You will support the preparation of financial reporting, including PL cost analysis, providing valuable insights. A key part of your role will also be to ensure the proper archiving of all financial invoices and essential documents. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongYour Profile /strong /ppbr/ppWe are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional with: /pulliA Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline. /lili3/5 years of relevant accounting experience, preferably gained within the Retail industry. /liliFluency in Italian and advanced proficiency in English (both written and spoken). /liliDemonstrable expertise in SAP. /liliExceptional proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly advanced Excel skills. /liliStrong aptitude for numbers, quantitative analysis, and meticulous attention to detail. /liliA self-motivated and independent working style, coupled with excellent organizational skills. /liliProven problem-solving abilities and strong communication skills. /liliThe ability to thrive both independently and as a collaborative team member. /liliExcellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with vendors and internal stakeholders across all levels. /li /ul
