pstrongTHE ROLE /strong /ppOff-White is looking for anstrong Accountant /strongto join our Finance team in Milan. In this role, you will support the Head of Finance with day-to-day accounting activities, helping to ensure accurate financial reporting, compliance, and timely administrative and fiscal processes. /ppbr/ppstrongWHAT YOU’LL DO /strong /pulliSupport day-to-day accounting operations, including high-volume transactional activities and data management across multiple processes /liliManage accounts payable and receivable, ensuring accurate invoice processing and recording /liliMaintain general ledger entries and support month-end closing activities /liliAssist in the preparation of monthly VAT returns /liliSupport monthly and annual tax and administrative compliance activities /liliContribute to controlling activities and financial reporting /liliSupport the preparation of financial statements /liliUse and maintain the ERP system (Odoo) /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWHO YOU ARE /strong /pulliDegree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field /lili2-3 years of experience in a similar accounting role /liliSolid understanding of accounting principles /liliAdvanced Excel skills /liliFluent Italian and good proficiency in English /liliKnowledge of Odoo and/or other ERP systems is a plus /liliHands-on and detail-oriented, comfortable in a high-volume operational environment /liliCurious and eager to learn in a fast-paced, evolving context /liliPragmatic and reliable team player with a proactive mindset /li /ul
