Senior Accountant Through innovative hardware, software, and services, we provide high-quality, scalable solutions to banks, government agencies, and businesses worldwide. We are looking for a Senior Accountant to join the Finance & Accounting department. The individual will be responsible for managing general accounting activities, ensuring accurate recording of company transactions, and supporting accounting closures and financial statement preparation. This role will work closely with the Finance team and internal and external stakeholders, operating in a dynamic and structured environment. Record accounting entries (journal entries, accruals, deferrals, provisions) Support and manage monthly, quarterly, and annual accounting closures Prepare account reconciliations Accounts Receivable and Payable (Supervision) Support and supervise accounts receivable and payable entries Verify proper invoice accounting Reporting and Audit Support internal and external audit activities Prepare documentation required for audits Tax Compliance Support periodic tax compliance activities Assist in preparing tax returns Monitor tax deadlines Support improvements in administrative and accounting processes Assist in ERP implementation or enhancement projects Experience in structured environments or audit firms ~ Basic understanding of tax regulations ~ Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Excel ~ Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or equivalents) ~ Good command of English for managing accounting documentation and interacting with international stakeholders Experience in multinational environments Background in audit firms
