ADMINISTRATION MANAGEROn behalf of our client, a manufacturing company in the medical devices sector based in the province of Padua, we are looking for an Administration Manager.The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing administrative and accounting processes for the Italian legal entities, ensuring regulatory compliance, efficiency, and effective team management.Key Responsibilities:Coordinate and supervise all administrative and accounting operations, including sales and purchase cycles, general ledger management, and periodic controls of financial data.Prepare statutory financial statements (income statement, balance sheet, notes, and cash flow) in compliance with OIC and IFRS standards, ensuring accurate reporting and documentation.Oversee the maintenance of accounting and tax records, as well as the management of fixed assets.Analyze and refine existing administrative workflows to enhance efficiency and streamline processes.Collaborate with internal teams, such as controlling for monthly closures, and external stakeholders, including auditors, providing all necessary documentation and support during reviews.Lead a team of over 10 professionals, ensuring proper training, goal alignment, and professional development to achieve organizational objectives.Qualifications:A minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in structured or multinational companies.Solid knowledge of IFRS and OIC accounting principles, as well as administrative and financial procedures.Proficiency in relevant software systems and MS Office, particularly Excel.Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, with a flexible and problem-solving approach.Good working knowledge of English.Rif: MCP_55306
