Specialista Senior / Project Manager

Job Description:
Datalogic is offering an AME HW Test Engineer role, reporting to the AME Manager. He / she will collaborate with the Operations Engineering area.
The AME HW Test Engineer supports the Advanced Manufacturing Engineering team, a department that links R&D and Production.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Participate in New Products design team, together with R&D and Quality, taking care of the 'design for manufacturability and testability';
2. Design Testing tools and the Automated machines for the manufacturing plants;
3. Define assembling and testing procedures for production, estimating manufacturing cost, fixing time standards, and making the most cost-effective choices for tooling and processes;
4. Support the new product introduction in the plants;
5. Troubleshooting activities and production support;

Qualifications & Requirements:

1. Education: Electronic Engineering or other technical Post Graduate degree
2. Languages: Italian and English
3. Experience: 2 - 5 years of relevant experience in a Manufacturing Company, preferred in tooling design

Other Information & Specific Skills:

1. Analogic and digital HW knowledge; SW Knowledge preferred
2. Electronic system knowledge
3. Attention to detail; flexibility, creativity and proactivity
4. Capability to work in a dynamic team and in a complex environment
