TASK RESPONSIBILITIES: FINANCIAL Monitoring of petty cash for the branch stations Establish and prepare accurate and timely information for the budget monitoring Collaborates with other outstations to support overall department goals and objectives Managing the preparation of the company Italian branch’s budget Monitoring SAP/VIM system Monitoring costs and expenses to assist in budget preparation ADMINISTRATIVE Plan and coordinate administrative procedures Ensure the smooth and adequate flow of information within the company to facilitate other business operation Manages schedules and deadlines Monitor inventory of office supplies and the purchasing of new material with attention to budgetary constraints Oversee facilities services and maintenance activities Monitoring contracts with providers ensuring renewal process followed up before expiry Organize and supervise events Managing locally the KYC process for new customers as well as current customers, in close coordination with Compliance dept. Managing the AWB stock management in iCargo Coordinating the booking of Cargo Attendants on CV/C8 flights ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS FOR THE POSITION: General school leaving certificate of secondary education or equivalent 1-3 years of experience in cargo preferred First experience in accounting would be considered as an advantage Excellent level in written and spoken Italian and English Communicate effectively and assertively Excellent planning and organization skills in order to prioritize and make decisions within tight deadlines Be able to interact openly and comfortably with different groups of people Able to work independently as well as in a team Good numeracy and literacy skills Proficiency in MS Office WORKING CONDITIONS: Position based in Truccazzano Full time position Occasional travel may be required A certificate of good conduct will be required #J-18808-Ljbffr
