Di seguito i dettagli della ricerca:

Responsibilità

• Capacità di gestione dei clienti e di trattative, anche complesse, durante tutto il processo di vendita o locazione
• Acquisizione di immobili residenziali in vendita ed in locazione segmento Luxury
• Analisi del mercato di riferimento e ricerca degli immobili in vendita e locazione
• Analisi della documentazione edilizia, urbanistica e catastale
• Report settimanali sulle attività svolte

Qualifiche

• Esperienza di 1-2 anni in ambito intermediazione immobiliare
• In possesso dell'abilitazione all'esercizio della professione di agente immobiliare
• Spiccate caratteristiche umane e deontologiche
• Capacità di lavorare in team e di condividere e raggiungere obiettivi
• Capacità di gestione del proprio lavoro e della propria agenda appuntamenti
• La conoscenza delle lingue straniere ed in particolare dell'inglese rappresenta un plus
• Capacità di relazione con clienti di alto standard

Below are the details of the search:

Responsibility

Ability to manage clients and negotiations, including complex ones, throughout the sales or leasing process

Acquisition of residential properties for sale and lease Luxury segment

Analysis of the target market and research of properties for sale and lease

Analysis of building, urban planning and cadastral documentation

Weekly reports on activities carried out

Qualifications

Experience of 1-2 years in real estate brokerage field

Possesses a license to practice as a real estate agent

Strong human and ethical characteristics

Ability to work in a team and to share and achieve goals

Ability to manage own work and appointment schedule

Knowledge of foreign languages and in particular English is a plus

Ability to relate to high standard clients
