Job Description:We are seeking an innovative AI Expert to apply AI techniques, including Generative AI, to optimize the software development and validation processes in the automotive industry. This role involves enhancing the efficiency, accuracy, and automation of the entire software lifecycle—from design and coding to testing and deployment—while ensuring that systems meet high industry standards and safety requirements.Key Responsibilities:AI-Driven Software Development: Implement AI and Generative AI models to accelerate code generation, software design, and performance optimization.Automated Validation: Leverage AI, including Generative AI, to automate test case generation, defect detection, and validation processes, improving test coverage and efficiency.Continuous Improvement: Use AI insights to refine development cycles, suggesting improvements in code, architecture, and testing strategies.Predictive Testing: Develop predictive analytics to optimize test resource allocation and anticipate potential software failures.Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with software engineers and validation teams to integrate AI solutions into the software development cycle.AI System Prototyping Simulation: Use Generative AI to simulate real-world scenarios and validate embedded systems through AI-driven prototypes and synthetic data.Qualifications:Education: Master’s or PhD in Computer Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field.Experience: 5+ years applying AI and machine learning in the software development lifecycle, preferably within the automotive sector.Skills:Strong expertise in AI frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and Generative AI methods (GANs, transformers).Proficiency in software development tools, programming languages (Python, C++, Java).Knowledge of automotive systems (ADAS, embedded systems) and AI-driven testing and validation.Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Why Join Us: You will be part of an innovative team at the forefront of integrating Generative AI into the automotive software development and validation process.
