Join our growing team

As an AMO Technician, you will plan and schedule AMO workload and activities for the Completions and Wellbore and Intervention team. Partnering with cross-functional teams ensuring safe and reliable AMO repairs are delivered to our valued customers in a cost effective and efficient manner without harm to people or the environment.

As an AMO Technician, you will be responsible for:

  • Maintaining assigned trucks, ships, and related surface cabin equipment in accordance with operating specifications.
  • Routinely welds, paints and refurbishes equipment
  • Conducting mechanical inspections
  • Reviewing procedures for assembly/disassembly and test verification accuracy.
  • Configuring test stations and systems.
  • Facilitating third-party repair of equipment when required.
  • Maintaining records.
  • Scheduling maintenance of equipment.
  • Providing supervision, mentorship and leadership of technicians in the absence of the supervisor/manager.
  • Maintaining equipment records and filing systems as part of quality control and assurance programs.
  • Inspection and disposition of parts and equipment.
  • Compliance with HS&E policies and procedures. Handles special projects, as assigned.


Fuel your passion

To be successful in this role you will:
  • Have a technical diploma.
  • Have relevant industry experience (electronic, oilfield, automotive).
  • Have electrical experience on 3 PH 480 and single PH 120v.
  • Experience in planning and scheduling workshop activities would be desirable.
  • Be able to show good problem-solving, process improvement and analytical skills.
  • Be proficient in reading and interpreting methods and procedures, drawings, and parts lists.
  • Be proficient in MS Office and SAP.
