FERRIERA VALSIDER SPA is searching a PLANT CONTROLLER ANALYST, who will report directly to the PLANT CONTROLLER MANAGER.Under the supervision of their manager the candidate's mission will be to deal operatively in daily controls over the purchasing process.The candidate will have to:Enter in the logic of the main production factors and in all other processes affecting all the economic and financial indicators.Be the focal point on the mill for Central Controlling and Reporting Budgeting office.Be an effective support to other business functions in the mill: Project Managers, Plant Management and other cross-functional officesResponsibilities required for this role:To enter in the industrial cost structure.To contribute to periodic budget closures by carrying out checks on all items directly related to the mill.To perform and monitor the RDA approval process. To perform compliance checks on approved budgets. To support the GRPO process ensuring the completeness and accuracy of the expenses.Requirements required for this roleEducation:University Degree in Economics or Engineering ManagementBasic expertise working in data analysis and controlling functionsSkills and experience working in industrial sectors give a preferenceExperience of work in multi-site/multi-office company and in collaboration with Holding structuresKnowledge / Experience / Technical SkillsBasic knowledge in SAP/AS400/other software.Technical skills in Office toolsEnglish and Italian give a real preference (Ukrainian language nice to have)2-3 years of experience in similar roleSkills and abilities required for this roleInclination to teamworkCuriosity, attention to details and a critical thinkingStrong analytical ability and stable attitudeGood communication skills in a multicultural and multilevel environmentGood adaptability and smart approach to enter in the mills, understanding the ongoing situation and contributing to face challenging situationsIf you recognize yourself in this profile, send us your CV and cover letter.
