You’ll collaborate with RD project leaders, laboratory teams, and technical experts to turn market demands into innovative applications that meet stringent performance and regulatory requirements. /ppbr/ppstrongYour mission as Application Development Manager – /strongElectric Electronicstrong: /strong /pulliLead the development of new EE applications using thermoplastic materials, like amon others : on connectors, photovoltaic components, and home appliance parts. /liliTranslate customer and market requirements into technical specifications and development projects, ensuring alignment with automotive standards and performance criteria. /lilistrongCollaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation from concept to industrialization, including material selection, prototyping, and validation /strong. /liliMaintain strong technical relationships with EE customers, design engineers, and development partners to ensure successful application integration. /liliMonitor industry trends, regulatory changes, and emerging technologies to identify new opportunities for polyamide-based solutions in EE market. /lilistrongSupport sustainability goals /strong by enabling safer, more energy-efficient, and recyclable solutions for electrical and electronic applications. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat you bring: /strong /pulliA university degree in plastics, materials science, mechanical engineering, or a related field. /lili5 to 10 years of experience in application development or strongtechnical roles within the engineering plastics industry, /strongspecifically focused on strongElectric Electronic application /strongs. /liliSolid understanding of thermoplastic materials (especially polyamides) and their behavior in automotive environments (e.g., electrical insulation, flame retardancy, dimensional stability). /liliExperience working with OEMs or Tier suppliers, including familiarity with design cycles, validation protocols, and industry standards (e.g., UL, IEC). /liliStrong project management skills and the ability to work in a matrix organization with multiple stakeholders. /li /ulpbr/ppstrongWhat we offer: /strong /ppWe offer a unique role exploring new application opportunities for an exciting brand and contributing to company growth within a cross functional international team.
