Social network you want to login/join with:Envolve Consulting, an independent company active in management search, is seeking an Application Engineer for an international company operating in the plastic sector.Main tasks and responsibilitiesProvide deep technical engineering expertise to internal resources and customers, covering product specification, design, installation, replacement/repair, and problem resolution to ensure a best-in-class customer experience within assigned industry segments.Train, support, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Care Operations, and Marketing to identify customer needs and develop innovative solutions that fulfill technical and application-related specifications while considering sustainable total cost of ownership.Support the Customer Care team with order loading, particularly in configuring non-standard orders.Attain and maintain deep industry knowledge of belting/conveying solutions, products services, and customer applications in assigned industry segments.Support and provide application engineering training for internal resources and customers.Leverage available systems (CRM, ERP, Intranet, etc.) to capture, track, and manage customer issues, commercial activities, and problem resolution.Maintain knowledge of internal products, services, updates, and stay informed about competing products and services.Collaborate with Operations (fabrication assembly) to identify and resolve customer-related challenges and sales opportunities.Education and experienceDegree in Mechanical Engineering, Engineering of plastic materials, or equivalent.Minimum experience in after-sales service or technical assistance.Place of work: Cordignano (TV). #J-18808-Ljbffr
