Posizione:

We are currently seeking an Application Manager Refrigeration to join our EEMEA Regional Solution Marketing team at CAREL HQs in Brugine (Padova). He/She will focus on identifying and promoting solutions to meet customer needs.

The candidate will hierarchically report to the Solution Marketing Manager Refrigeration – EEEMEA Region.

He/She will operate at a Western European level within the Refrigeration market, liaising with CAREL subsidiaries in the region. The role involves supporting sales organizations in deploying new and existing solutions, providing pre-sales consultancy, and delivering training and activities.

As an Application Manager, he/she will contribute to devising new products and regional solutions. The role includes ideation, development, and deployment of new opportunities and go-to-market strategies.

Collaboration with the Central Solution Marketing department for Refrigeration will involve promotional initiatives, communication plans, marketing campaigns, events, and exhibitions.

By analyzing market trends, conducting investigations, and incorporating customer feedback, he/she will be a key reference for the growth of the Carel brand and portfolio within the WE Region.

Requisiti:

• A degree in a technical field
• Experience in REF equipment, electronics, and/or thermodynamics (a plus)
• Experience in B2B markets with international exposure (a plus)
• Languages: English, Italian; additional European languages are a plus
• Team-oriented, values teamwork, contributes to a positive work environment
• Goal-oriented, with good communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to organize work, prioritize, plan, and work independently under deadlines
• International outlook and desire to work in a multinational environment
• Availability to travel up to 30%
• Share the values of the Carel Culture Code
