Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Area Sales Manager at Gso Components srl located in Sesto San Giovanni. The Area Sales Manager will be responsible for managing day-to-day sales operations in a designated area, developing and implementing sales strategies, meeting sales targets, and building strong customer relationships.

• Sales Management, Strategic Planning, and Business Development skills
• Customer Relationship Management and Negotiation skills
• Market Analysis and Sales Forecasting skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Willingness to travel within the assigned territory
• Fluency in English, other languages are a plus
• Experience in the industrial automation manufacturing industry
• Bachelor's degree or High school diploma in electrotechnical or equivalent
