Position Summary

Main Responsibilities

• Manage assembly production and people.
• Ensure achievement of Operational KPIs: Safety, Quality, On-time delivery, and productivity.
• Coordinate with Logistic and Warehouse departments to optimize production planning and material flow.
• Work with the support of the Quality department to focus on quality improvements and poka-yoke system management. Cooperate with Manufacturing to improve process reliability and industrialize the production line on time with new program milestones.
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives through kaizen activities and cross-functional projects.
• Support Production Manager in managing production forecasting and assembly cost control.
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and maintain high behavior standards in the department.

Job Position Requirements

• Education: University bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering & Management.
• Professional background: Similar role in comparable companies.
• English knowledge is required.
• Ability to use IT products.
• Knowledge of quality tools (APQP).
• Basic planning skills in Production/Warehouse.
• Considered a plus: SAP and IATF Standard.
