Assistant Buyer Men

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an Assistant Buyer Men based in Milan, reporting to the Buying Manager Men . This role will support the buying team in operational and organizational activities, ensuring smooth processes for the men's collections. The ideal candidate will assist with purchasing, product performance analysis, and supplier coordination, playing a key role in contributing to the success of the buying department.

Key Accountabilities

• Support the buying team with operational and organizational activities to ensure smooth processes.
• Assist in preparing purchase orders and monitoring deliveries for men’s collections.
• Analyze sales data and market trends to support decision-making processes.
• Manage daily communication with suppliers and internal teams to maintain workflow efficiency.
• Assist in creating reports on product performance and collection outcomes.
• Participate in trade fairs and showrooms to support the team during buying campaigns.

Key Requirements

• 1–2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in luxury fashion.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask.
• Passion for fashion and understanding of current trends.
• Proficiency in analytical tools and reporting software (Excel, specific ERP systems).
• Fluent in Italian and English; proficiency in additional European languages is a plus.
