ppAs a Assistant Events Manager Caruso, A Belmond Hotel you is responsible to support the Events Manager for giving to all guest an unique service. /p pReports to Events Manager. /p h3Primary Responsibilities Include /h3 ul liManage all guest correspondence and phone communications in strict adherence to our high standards and established procedures. /li liSecure and book requested services wedding packages and group booking /li liProactively address client requests, collaborating with Food Beverage Manager for FB services and to the Front Office Manager (FOM) for Rooms Division services. /li liOversee all sales-related administrative duties, including the preparation and dispatch of hotel agreements, the creation and distribution of banquet event orders, and the facilitation of weekly operational meetings. /li liFacilitate the successful execution of wedding events by expertly selling the hotel's exclusive banquet venues and services, in close collaboration with the Food Beverage Manager.
