Assistant Night Manager | Caruso a Belmond Hotel

Reports to Front Office Manager.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

• Deal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations - guests' care) according to company policies and procedures and compliance with our code of conduct.
• Handle emergencies according to the relevant training.
• Daily closure, cashier check for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions.
• Handle guests services last minute requests.

Requirements

• Effective and punctual written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a group, showing respect and sharing information and skills.
• Willingness to continuously develop oneself.
• Accuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills with guests and co-workers.
• Detail and guest care oriented.
• Fluent in English and Italian.
• Possess a courteous and professional telephone manner.
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels.
• Preferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards.
• Preferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems (not required).
