ph3Assistant Night Manager | Caruso a Belmond Hotel /h3 pReports to Front Office Manager. /p h3Main Duties and Responsibilities /h3 ul liDeal with all Front Office operations (check in - check out - escorting - cashier operations - guests' care) according to company policies and procedures and compliance with our code of conduct. /li liHandle emergencies according to the relevant training. /li liDaily closure, cashier check for all hotel outlets, accounting reports, posting control, providing data to statistics and local government institutions. /li liHandle guests services last minute requests. /li /ul h3Requirements /h3 ul liEffective and punctual written and verbal communication. /li liAbility to work collaboratively within a group, showing respect and sharing information and skills. /li liWillingness to continuously develop oneself. /li liAccuracy and precision in all duties and checks carried out. /li /ul h3Qualifications /h3 ul liExcellent communication skills with guests and co-workers. /li liDetail and guest care oriented. /li liFluent in English and Italian. /li liPossess a courteous and professional telephone manner. /li liAt least 2 years of experience in the same role, preferably in luxury hotels. /li liPreferred knowledge of LQA and Forbes standards. /li liPreferred knowledge of PMS Infor HMS and Alice Concierge systems (not required). /li /ul h3Benefits /h3 ul liSeasonal Labor contract according to C.C.N.L.
