We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Assistant Sommelier for Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.The individual is passionate about wines and hospitality, a team player with good verbal and communication skills. This role requires strong interpersonal and sales skills.Main responsibilities: Provide advice and guidance to guests on wine pairings.Offer unique wine journeys to guests.Candidate profile:Previous experience in a similar role in luxury hotels is required.Fluent level of English is requested.Knowledge of food service is mandatory.Knowledge of wines and its regions is compulsory.Strong interpersonal and sales skills.Details of the offer:Full time, seasonal contractLocation: Chiusdino (SI), Italy Period: spring 2025 – autumn 2025We offer a competitive package, food and accommodation included.
