Manage the procurement process for new items/equipment/services from the URS definition to the offer request to the purchase request in compliance with the departmental and/or project budget. Collaborate on keeping update documentation and SOP system and technical drawings archives of the department. Support the preventive maintenance programs definition and to the identification and standardization of the critical spare parts. Support maintenance technicians with troubleshooting and breakdown diagnosis, assuring availability on call outside working hours, accordingly to the availability schedule rotation. Support the management of the technical services warehouse. Support spare parts procurement and external maintenance services providers scheduling and oversight, according to safety and quality procedures. Collaborate with the EH/S+S and Quality departments to maintain standards in ordinary and extraordinary maintenance and calibration activities. Propose and execute Cost Improvement Projects and utilities consumption reduction. Support Mgr, Maintenance & Engineering for the implementation of OPEX initiatives. Act as back-up of Site Engineering & Maintenance Coordinator. Embrace the Continuous Improvements mindset by leveraging the Operational Excellence Culture and Tools in the day-to-day activities. Follow Environmental, Health and Safety and Sustainability procedures in compliance with the company policy. Monitor and ensure compliance with the GMP and Quality System. Attend education and training courses in the Integrated Management System, GMP, Quality, Procedures, Instructions, manuals and Operational Protocols. Perform all work activities, in compliance with the safety directives, as required by Legislative Decree 81/08. Ensure compliance with all applicable Laws, Codes, corporate standards and Procedures related to her/his area of relevance/responsibility. Strictly observe and know of Jazz Pharmacovigilance’s Policies/SOPs.
