In G3 we design, develop, produce and sell products with the aim to help people bring their gear with them travelling by car.The major Car Manufacture such as VW, Maserati, Kia, Skoda, Hyundai, Opel, Renault are some of our clients and their high quality standards are our goals.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Montecavolo, Quattro Castella (Reggio nell'Emilia) for an Automotive Quality System Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions, and reporting on quality performance metrics.QualificationsExperience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001Proficiency in quality auditing, data analysis, and corrective action planningStrong problem-solving skills and attention to detailExcellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environmentProficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office SuiteFluency in English and Italian languagesBachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related fieldPrevious experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable
