Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Montecavolo, Quattro Castella (Reggio nell'Emilia) for an Automotive Quality System Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining quality management systems to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations. Day-to-day tasks include conducting quality audits, analyzing data to identify areas for improvement, collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop corrective actions, and reporting on quality performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Experience with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and compliance standards such as IATF 16949, ISO 14001 and ISO 9001
• Proficiency in quality auditing, data analysis, and corrective action planning
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively in a team environment
• Proficient in using quality management software and Microsoft Office Suite
• Fluency in English and Italian languages
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, or related field
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is highly desirable
