Main duties and responsibilities

A back office clerk handles sales back office activities: provides support to sales people and is the reference for customers.

The sales office clerk provides customer order entry, manages order development and any changes to orders up to the organization of loading for delivery to the customer.

The main target is the Italian market with local customers, but the back office clerk can be a support for the export activities.

Requirements

• Graduation or University Degree
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Level of EN: min B2
• Strong communication skills
• Strong organization skills
• Goal-oriented person
• Punctuality and precision
• Ability to manage stressful situations
• Ability to work in team
• Flexibility
• Availability to travel
• Immediate availability is an advance
