We are expanding the property with 20 additional rooms and are looking for an outstanding team to join us for the upcoming summer season.The essence of great hospitality is always an exceptional team—that’s why we are looking for you!Essential Job Functions and ResponsibilitiesBeverage Preparation MixologyPrepare and serve a wide range of classic and signature cocktails, wines, and other beverages with precision and creativity.Ensure all drinks are made following company recipes, quality standards, and presentation guidelines.Continuously develop and refine cocktail menus based on seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.Maintain a deep knowledge of spirits, liquors, and beverage trends to offer expert recommendations to guests.Guest Engagement Service ExcellenceProvide a warm and engaging experience for guests, offering personalized drink suggestions and ensuring their satisfaction.Interact with guests at the bar, creating a lively and inviting atmosphere.Handle special requests, dietary restrictions, and customized drink orders with professionalism.Ensure timely service, especially during peak hours, while maintaining quality and consistency.Bar Operations Inventory ManagementOversee the daily setup and breakdown of the bar, ensuring cleanliness and organization.Monitor stock levels, place orders, and manage inventory to prevent shortages or waste.Follow proper storage and rotation procedures to maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.Handle cash and card transactions accurately and efficiently.Compliance Safety StandardsEnsure adherence to all health, safety, and hygiene regulations in bar operations.Comply with alcohol serving laws and company policies, ensuring responsible service at all times.Regularly clean and sanitize bar equipment, glassware, and workstations.Collaboration TeamworkWork closely with the FB team, kitchen staff, and management to ensure seamless service.Participate in team meetings, tastings, and training sessions to continuously improve skills and knowledge.Support colleagues during busy service periods to maintain efficiency and guest satisfaction.Core CompetenciesFluent in English Italian is a must1+ years of hospitality experience is a plusMust be a natural host and passionate about the hospitality industry in generalFlexible schedule - long hours and regular evening event coverage can be necessaryAbility to make thoughtful decisions and give constructive criticismMust be effective at listening to, understanding, and clarifying concerns raised by guestsMaintains regular attendance in compliance with Aethos Hotel Standards, as required by scheduling, which will vary according to the needs of the hotelComply with Aethos Hotel Standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient hotel operationsMaximizes efforts towards productivity, identifies problem areas, and assists in implementing solutionsMaintain a warm and friendly demeanor at all times, whilst remaining genuineWhat we offerAttractive development opportunities in a high-growth environment, domestically and internationallyFamily Friends hotel rateFree gymWe are very much looking forward to your application.Application should be in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
