The attached portfolio should not exceed 10MB in size.Job Overview ‍We are looking for a highly skilled BIM Specialist with extensive experience in designing and detailing high-end villas and 5-star hospitality projects. If you are dedicated, detail-oriented, and capable of producing high-quality work, we want you on our team!‍‍Key Responsibilities ‍- Develop detailed Revit models for high-end residential and hospitality projects.- Produce comprehensive technical drawings, including floor plans, elevations, and detailed joinery.- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors to integrate technical details.- Ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations.- Generate BOQs and cutting lists, and maintain project documentation.- Conduct quality control reviews of Revit models and drawings. Manage and Direct projects-Contribute to the continuous improvement of BIM processes and workflowsQualifications‍- Minimum of 5 years of experience in Architectural and Interior design.- Strong proficiency in Revit is a MUST.- Experience with AutoCAD and Navisworks is a plus.- Diploma in Design/Architecture required; higher degree preferred.- Portfolio showcasing detailed architectural and interior fit-out projects.-English proficiency is a MUST‍Soft Skills ‍- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.-Good ability in hand drawing is appreciated‍-effective time management and organizational skills-continuous learning mindset
