Job Description

We are currently looking for a RTW Legal Intern within Ready To Wear Operations area who will join our dynamic team in Trissino (Vicenza).

How you will contribute:
Seguire le attività di conversione delle Terms & Conditions, già sottoscritte dai fornitori Ready To Wear di Bottega Veneta, in contratto, interfacciandosi costantemente con il Legal Department di Bottega Veneta;
Essere di supporto nella pianificazione e nella gestione dei meeting per l’aggiornamento dei fornitori sulle nuove modalità contrattuali;
Assicurare il rispetto dei timing previsti per la sottoscrizione dei contratti, occupandosi degli eventuali solleciti ai fornitori e del recupero della firma del Legale rappresentante di Bottega Veneta;
Raccogliere e gestire eventuali richieste di modifica del contratto avanzate dai fornitori, interfacciandosi con il Team legal e/o con il Direttore Operations RTW;
Essere di supporto nella mappatura e nell’archiviazione dei contratti nel database dedicato.
Who you are:
Laurea in Giurisprudenza o formazione giuridica equivalente;
Buona conoscenza scritta e parlata della lingua inglese;
Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office, in particolare di Excel e Word;
Ottime capacità relazionali e di lavoro in team;
Precisione, flessibilità e ottime doti comunicative;
Ottime capacità di organizzazione e di problem solving;
Disponibilità ad eventuali trasferte.
