An inclusive brand with exclusive products Bottega Veneta is as much of a feeling as it is an aesthetic.Siamo attualmente alla ricerca di un/a RTW Purchasing Raw Material Assistant, inizialmente con un contratto a tempo determinato, che riporterà al RTW Purchasing & Quality Manager ed entrerà a far parte del nostro dinamico team Ready to Wear con sede a Trissino (Vicenza)How you will contributeAnalisi dei fabbisogni di materiali attraverso l’utilizzo ed il monitoraggio dell’MRP o tramite la creazione di dettagliate analisi da file previsionali;Inserimento ordini di acquisto accessori e pellame e commesse di lavorazione di semilavorati per campionario, press e produzione;Contatto quotidiano con fornitori per invio ordini e pianificazione consegne;Attività di sollecito consegna ai fornitori e monitoraggio delle stesse in modo puntualeElaborazione e inserimento costi standard;Interfaccia, in ottica di condivisione di informazioni, con vari dipartimenti aziendali, quali: ufficio ricerca materiali, ufficio prodotto, ufficio tecnico e ufficio controllo qualità;Dialogo e collaborazione con l’ufficio pianificazione e avanzamento al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi di consegna del prodotto finito;Organizzazione controllo qualità (definizione delle priorità di collaudo e condivisione delle criticità) e visita fornitori;Collaborazione con l'ufficio spedizioni e con il magazzino per la corretta destinazione delle materie prime e per monitorare il carico dei documenti di trasporto a sistema; Elaborazione e gestione analisi quantitative di vario tipo.Who you areDiploma o Laurea in discipline economichePregressa esperienza, almeno 1 anno, in ambito acquisti preferibilmente in aziende del settore abbigliamento o fashionPreferibile conoscenza nell’utilizzo di Stealth 400/3000; PLM, BIBuon utilizzo del Pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel)Buona capacità di pianificazione del proprio lavoro e precisione;Attitudine al lavoro di squadra e buone doti comunicative, di precisione e meticolosa nella gestione delle attività.Disponibilità a trasferte presso fornitori (Italia) e Milano (sede Corporate Bottega VenetaWhy work with us?This is a fabulous opportunity to join the Kering adventure and to actively contribute to the development of the business by becoming part of a global Luxury Group that offers endless possibilities to learn and grow.
