pstrongemKey Activities and Responsibilities /em /strong /pulliCoordinate and verify the design of HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning) and Plumbing (potable water, condensate water, sewage and drainage) serving buildings. Lead the specialists of the other building design disciplines (civil, electrical, automation/instrumentation). /liliGuarantee the Building Mechanical Systems design compliance to legislations, main international standards (EN, NFPA, etc.) and contractual requirements, time and budget. /liliEnsure coordination between the building design disciplines using integrated building 3D BIM model. /liliPrepare Material Requisition (M.R.) for purchase of items and Work Requisition (W.R.) to identify Subcontractors. /liliCarry out the technical tabulations of Vendors and Subcontractors. /liliVerify Vendors and Subcontractors design documents and data sheets. /liliEnsure support during construction, commissioning and testing activities. /liliParticipate, for the specific area of competence, to the preparation/update of KT Standards/Procedures/Work Instructions. /liliKeep himself/herself up to date with developments of technology, standards and legislations. /li /ul pstrongemPersonal Attributes /em /strong /pulliBuilding\Mechanical Engineering degree, or equivalent. /liliWork experience in HVAC, Plumbing and Building Design. /liliSimilar role covered for at least five years. /liliFluent English speaker and writer. /liliExperience of working with Building and MEP (Mechanical Electrical and Plumbing) Subcontractors. /liliKnowledge of drafting tools (AutoCAD) and BIM Tools (REVIT, Navisworks) as well as of HVAC and Plumbing main design software (CARRIER HAP, REVIT integrated software’s as MAGICAD). /liliExperience in HVAC Plumbing for building in petrochemical and oil gas plants will be a plus. For example: control rooms, electrical substations, laboratories, administration buildings, process buildings/shelters (like pump house, compressor house). /liliTeam-oriented, self-motivated with problem resolution, good interpersonal and communication skills. /liliAvailability to travel for short and long period in Italy and abroad. /li /ul
