As Business Continuity Service Manager you’ll be in charge of:
Track and Measure Business Continuity’s User Support Request and Incident situation providing KPI and analysis to the organization
Monitor and guarantee compliance of Service Level Agreement (SLA) for User Support Request for Application Maintenance
Organize and conduct periodic Status Meeting with internal and external Application Maintenance team to track issue resolution progress
Coordinate User and Profiles Management activities to ensure the right Segregation of Duties (SOD) and account management procedures
Collaborate and work with internal and external Application Maintenance team members to analyze, identify and solve recurring problems
Manage and coordinate IT Internal Ticketing tools
Ensure and guarantee Release Standard and Procedures within Business Continuity Area
Define release planning scheduling and identify test script to ensure that new releases are correctly tested
Organize ordinary and extraordinary system maintenance activities according to business scheduling
Ensure respect of standard and procedures for Application Maintenance in line with SOX IT General Controls
Who you are
You are a senior professional, comfortable working with technical partners and in structured organizations, able to influence and align internal organization.
You have:
Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Engineering, Economics or similar
At least 5 years of relevant experience in the role (a background in Fashion Industry will be considered a plus)
Fluency in spoken and written Italian and English
Knowledge of SAP will be considered a plus
Knowledge of ServiceNow will be considered a plus
