Odoo is a suite of open-source business apps that cover company’s needs: CRM, eCommerce, accounting, inventory, point of sale, project management, etc. Odoo's unique value proposition is to be at the same time very easy to use and fully integrated. Our office in Gold Coast, Queensland requires a Full Time, permanent, Business and Development Director to head the office and contribute to the business expansion in Australia.

THE MISSION
Define and manage ODOO’s business expansion plan in collaboration with Head Quarters - Belgium
Define and manage sales, business, and marketing strategies
Build and manage sales, business, and marketing plan to grow revenue in AU
Design & implement scalable lead generation tools - system and processes to support
sales
Work with industry bodies and data companies to promote Odoo and open new sales
channels
Provide input to design promotional offers that drive sales among new and existing
clients
Work closely with headquarters to define all key strategic initiatives to achieve company
vision, growth, and sales objectives and identify business opportunities
Management of Sales team and management of collaboration with Service department,
Business Analyst (Pre & Post sales developments)
Definition and coordination of recruitment process and profile
Represent Odoo at career fairs, trade fairs, roadshows, talks and other corporate
events.
Support the growth of our partner network in Australia.
Skills:
Teamwork and collaboration skills
Negotiation
ERP product experience - environment is compulsory.
QUALIFICATION
Masters in business or equivalent

EXPERIENCE
Minimum of two years in a similar industry as Business Development Manager with international experience
