For more information about Modine, visit www.modine.com.Position DescriptionThe position, within the Information Systems department, will provide support for the management and development of the Group Business Intelligence Data Analytics application (BOARD software).The candidate will report to the BI Analytics Application Lead and will work in a stimulating and constantly evolving context, with a global footprint.Training and introduction to ordinary management activities will be the subject of an initial phase, then the candidate can be progressively introduced to the evolutionary projects required by the business.There will be constant contact with various corporate functions of all the group's offices, mainly abroad.Key ResponsibilitiesRoutine controls maintenanceUser’s TrainingSupport in on-going projectsDesign and implementation of new patternsRequired Education QualificationsBachelor Degree with an emphasis in Engineering Business Management/Computer Science/Economics.Knowledge of BI / CPM / Analytics applications.Knowledge about database structures and related technologies.Knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel.Generic knowledge of SQL programming and Web API technology.Generic knowledge of ERP systems.Generic knowledge of IT/IS structures and tools.Generic Knowledge of business functional areas and related processes.Ability to manage multiple project in a multi-tasking environment.Continuous learning and improvement approach.Reactivity, flexibility, proactivity and effectiveness in managing real-time changes and assigned tasks.Capacity to prioritize workload and tasks.Strong interpersonal, communication and relational skills, outside the technical environment also.Ability to work with many departments, from analyst/engineer/clerk level to senior management and across geographic and cultural boundaries.Demonstrated ability for free, creative thinking complemented by the willingness and ability to act promptly and autonomously.Any experience in similar contexts, even minimal, will be an advantage.
