A few examples of your responsibilitiesProvide all-around assistance to candidates by answering their questions and giving feedback with clarity and precision. This is normally done in writing, and typically in English.Offer valuable support in the early stages of the recruiting process—such as screening CVs and sourcing.Share feedback and frequent issues reported by candidates, and identify opportunities to keep improving their experience.Represent Bending Spoons in addressing all HR-related inquiries from applicants, collecting insights into their needs and grounds for satisfaction.Prepare FAQs and relevant documentation to enhance candidates’ understanding of the process.Manage the scheduling of interviews with hiring managers and other stakeholders.What we look for Passion.
