We believe in making learning fun and accessible, and we're looking for a dedicated Interactive Learning Experience Coordinator to join our team and help us inspire the next generation. The Role We are looking for an energetic Interactive Learning Experience Supervisor to orchestrate unforgettable play sessions that captivate and educate children at our cutting-edge interactive learning center. You’ll be at the helm of our vibrant play area, where education meets excitement, and you will be bringing learning to life through carefully crafted digital games and interactive activities. In addition to coordinating interactive learning, you will also take on the role of Supervisor, overseeing the day-to-day operations of the play area and ensuring the smooth functioning of the center. Key Responsibilities Spearhead and supervise dynamic play sessions that are as educational as they are fun; Become knowledgeable and confident with the use of our digital games and activities; Lead groups of children to help them understand the purpose of the space, ensuring attendees engage with their activities and ensuring a smooth and fun process for each play session; Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of the learning and climbing wall activities and report back to make adjustments; Connect with parents and the community to share the joy and value of our interactive play experiences; Maintain a safe, tidy, and inviting play environment that meets all safety and health regulations; Supervise the ludoteca, managing staff and daily operations to ensure high standards of service and safety; Handle scheduling, training, and team management, fostering a positive and efficient work environment; Implement a commercial approach, identifying opportunities for growth and exploring new revenue streams; Qualifications Preferable (but not essential) Bachelor’s degree in Education, Child Development, or related field. Proven experience in leading educational activities or play sessions for children. A vibrant personality that inspires and delights children and adults alike. Technologically savvy, with a knack for integrating new media into traditional learning. Excellent communication skills, perfect for storytelling and engaging diverse audiences.
