Perform administrative tasks as a back office support for Field and Inside Sales.Provide first-level support for sales-related inbound customer inquiries. Record, track, and if applicable, forward (technical) customer inquiries to Sales or Commercial Sales Support.Communicate with partners in Italy and globally.Create and coordinate internal and external correspondences as requested by Sales staff.Requirements:High school diploma or degree.Certification Body work experience.Knowledge of Management Systems Standards.Fluency in English.Proficiency in a second language (e.g., Spanish, German, etc.) is considered advantageous. #J-18808-Ljbffr
