Descrizione del lavoro All’interno del Ristorante 1 stella Michelin e stella verde in accordo e sotto la supervisione dell’Executive Chef, la risorsa in base all’esperienza maturata darà il proprio contributo nel servizio di cucina e nell’esecuzione delle diverse portate, rispettando le linee guida condivise e supportando i colleghi in caso di necessità nell’attività quotidiana. Inside the 1 Michelin star and green star restaurant in agreement and under the supervision of the Executive Chef, the resource, based on the experience gained, will contribute in the kitchen service and in the execution of the different courses, respecting the guidelines shared and supporting colleagues if necessary in their daily activities. Qualifiche - Diploma o qualifica in ambito alberghiero, corsi di formazione ad hoc - Buona conoscenza della lingua italiana - Esperienza di almeno 2 anni nel ruolo maturata in hotel con elevati standard, ristoranti gourmet e/o stellati, Relais & Chateaux - Conoscenze delle varie tecniche di cottura e conservazione dei cibi, sui grani, le farine, sulle carni, sulle salse e dei vari condimenti di base - Completano il profilo capacità organizzative, team spirit, umiltà e flessibilità - Diploma or qualification in the hotel sector, ad hoc training courses - Good knowledge of the Italian language - At least 2 years' experience in the role gained in hotels with high standards, gourmet and/or starred restaurants, Relais & Chateaux - Knowledge of the various cooking and preservation techniques of foods, grains, flours, meats, sauces and various basic condiments - Organizational skills, team spirit, humility and flexibility complete the profile Informazioni aggiuntive La ricerca si rivolge a candidati motivati e appassionati da inserire nel team che sappia integrarsi all’interno di Palazzo Seneca che ha una tradizione consolidata e una forte connessione con la comunità e il territorio, ed è impegnato da generazioni nell’offrire un’esperienza di accoglienza e di eccellenza.
