We are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic Chef de Rang for our Michelin Star Restaurant Saporium at Borgo Santo Pietro, an award-winning five-star luxury boutique hotel located in the heart of Tuscan countryside, surrounded by a 300-acre organic farm, vineyards and wonderful gardens.
The Chef de Rang will work in our Michelin Star Restaurant Saporium offering a unique farm-to-plate culinary experience.
The individual will be responsible for delivering exceptional service and ensure a memorable dining experience for guests and as Chef de Rang in a Michelin-starred restaurant, you are responsible for ensuring smooth service and you will work closely with the restaurant manager and the sommelier to ensure that service runs smoothly, and guests are fully satisfied.
