Company DescriptionCasa Maja and Maja Beach Club is a family-run agricultural olive oil farm and guest house, apartment rental for vacations, bed breakfast, and Lido Beach Services in Badolato, on the Ionian coast in Calabria. The company operates three different properties including Casa Maja Marina, a guest house in Badolato Marina, Casa Maja Castello-Locanda Medievale, a refurbished middle ages guest house in Badolato Borgo village, and Casa Maja Country Club, an olive oil agricultural farm offering true agriculture and local tourism experience to guests, and most of all the Maja Beach Club lido with restaurant, bar and beach services.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role located in Badolato for Chef and waiters and related staff that will work in the kitchen, dining room, bar, and cafeteria. Day-to-day tasks include preparing food, restaurant service, managing inventory, cleaning, and ensuring all health and safety regulations are met.QualificationsExperience as a chef or waiter in a restaurant setting preferredExcellent communication skills and ability to work well in a teamGood organizational skills and ability to manage inventory and suppliesUnderstanding of health and safety regulations in a kitchen settingFlexibility to work in different areas of the business as neededFluent in Italian and basic understanding of EnglishAdditional beneficial qualifications include a culinary degree or certification, experience in a farm-to-table and fresh fish restaurant, and proficiency in English. #J-18808-Ljbffr
