This position will report to the RD manager based in the Cinisello Balsamo, Milan.If you want to be part of a growing global organization with opportunity for growth, we would like to meet you!Key Responsibilities:Analysis and evaluation of raw materials in paint, adhesive, inks and selants .Preparation of laboratory samples and fine-tuning on the needs of the final performance.Manage the testing of the products, prepare reports and feedback.Ensure the appropriate use of protective safety equipment, follow all aspects of Carboline’s Safety Program, and practice good housekeeping in their areas of responsibility.Requirements:Bachelor's Degree in Chemistry / Chemical Science and Technology / Polymer Science or equivalent.Preferably 1 or 2 years experience in Quality Control or RD laboratory in the paint, adhesive or raw materials for paint , adhesive, inks and sealant industry.Advanced level english, both orally and written.Ability to manage multiple priorities, team player and problem-solving abilityComputer literacy, including spreadsheet, database, word processing and Internet applicationsWhat We Offer:We offer a full-time position in a team atmosphere that fosters cooperation and creativity; a management team committed to employee development and an environment where people are empowered to make decisions.Carboline is an Equal Opportunity Employer that values the strength diversity brings to the workplace.
