You will serve as a Civilian Harm Mitigation and Response Officer in the NAVEURA/NAVAF and SIXTH Fleet HQ, Capodichino, Italy. Your resume must demonstrate at least one year of specialized experience at or equivalent to the GS-12 grade level or pay band in the Federal service or equivalent experience in the private or public sector. Specialized experience may include the following:Performing long range planning, estimating and accomplishing technical analysis of customer and contractor proposals to sign and approve them as the technical analysis Specialist;Coordinating ship system overhauls to ensure completion within the production schedule;Establishing program requirements and courses of action required to meet mission requirements and attain production objectives;Serving as a liaison and negotiator between management, customers, and other government agencies to ensure execution of projects. Experience refers to paid and unpaid experience, including volunteer work done through National Service programs (e.g., professional, philanthropic, religious, spiritual, community, student, social). Volunteer work helps build critical competencies, knowledge, and skills and can provide valuable training and experience that translates directly to paid employment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
