Compliance Engineer - Occhiobello-Italy

Job Summary:

The Compliance Engineer is the Subject matter Expert of all Regulatory/Product certifications. As part of Sustaining Engineering team, she/he ensures that our products obtain the certifications required, reaching the highest Quality and Safety standards.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

• Analyze the evolution of European Directives and International standards for their implementation on manufacturing and/or existing products (revamping/upgrading);
• Interface and collaborate with external consultants for the management of the product approval phases to specific regulatory requirements and product certification tasks;
• Be involved in the review of product Use and Maintenance manuals by interfacing with external suppliers;
• Manage the updating of the EU Declaration of Conformities based on project and legal requirements;
• Manage the updating of Risk Assessment;
• Manage the review and uploading of compliance documentation into the management system (Portal Network);
• Participate to technical review lead by project managers
• Provide support to the Manager with the intended scope to review and improve Technical Documentation;
• Participate to HARC/HAZOP analysis;

• University Degree in Industrial Engineering or equivalent work experience.

• Basic Knowledge about European Directives (LVD/EMC/Machinery/ATEX/PED/RoHS);
• Fluent in English and Italian;
• Basic knowledge of design software 2D/3D;

• Self-driven
• Good communication at all level of the Organization.
