Your roleWe are looking for a Process and CI Engineer who will organize and coordinate a structured system to ensure all processes are working within the process control plan to support yield, cost, quality, and service targets. You will lead actions to assure continuous improvement in production performance, cooperate in process improvement projects, and coordinate industrialization and pilot projects in Sedico for the group.Main responsibilities:Identify areas of process improvement based on customer returns, production performance, or process capability; update PCP accordingly.Centralize information on all improvement initiatives, prioritize projects, formalize roadmaps, and monitor progress.Ensure lean methods and problem-solving tools are known and systematically used; train, coach, and empower the team in CI methodologies.Participate in problem resolution, proposing short-term and long-term solutions linked to process improvements.Coordinate pilot projects, evaluate diagnosis, and ensure initiatives align with group standards.Track and measure the impact of CI actions using KPIs and measurement tools.Provide improvement opportunities for annual budgeting.Develop and promote CI culture within the lab, sharing new ideas and methodologies.Main requirements:Bachelor's or master's degree in engineering with 3-5 years of experience.Proficiency in English (reading, writing, speaking).Background in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or Kaizen.Technical knowledge of Statistical Process Control.Proficiency in MS Office applications.Knowledge of lean techniques, problem solving, project management, change and risk management, ergonomics.Effective collaboration and communication skills, ability to optimize work processes. #J-18808-Ljbffr
