Contract Logistics provides innovative end-to-end warehousing and distribution solutions carried out to scale in a structured and standardized manner to optimize supply chain operations for our customers. This role is part of the operations function and supports warehouse activities in terms of administration to satisfy customers’ needs and requirements while utilizing space, equipment, and labor effectively.Your ResponsibilitiesInvoice related activitiesSupport to manage vendor or supplier invoices from receipt to payment, and recorded in the general ledger.OperationsSupport to new suppliers' scouting activities and relationship management in terms of administration duties.Process and book inbound and outbound goods, and work on the creation of related reports.Follow stock monitor activities and inbound/outbound order placements.Inventory activitiesSupport in managing the administrative control of the movement of goods within the warehouse.Help manage the administrative part of the warehouse's inventory.Archive papers and documents.Local complianceExecute KN's programs regarding Compliance and Data Confidentiality with customers, related to the Administrative position.Your Skills and ExperiencesThe person working in this role should be:Proficient in managing vendor or supplier invoices from receipt to payment, ensuring accurate recording in the general ledger.Experienced in scouting new suppliers and managing relationships, with a focus on administrative duties.Skilled in processing and booking inbound and outbound goods, and generating related reports.Competent in monitoring stock activities and managing inbound/outbound order placements.Experienced in administratively controlling warehouse inventory and archiving relevant documents.Knowledgeable in implementing compliance and data confidentiality programs in administrative tasks.Good Reasons to JoinSince its foundation in 1890, Kuehne+Nagel has been committed to delivering its services with the highest standards to customers and communities, creating a tradition of excellence.
