Your Role
Supports the Contract Logistics Quality Manager for Healthcare products, focusing on ensuring that all aspects of quality management and compliance within the healthcare logistics sector are maintained at the highest standards. This role involves developing and implementing quality control procedures, monitoring compliance with regulatory requirements, and continuously improving operational processes to ensure the safe and efficient delivery of healthcare products and services.
Your Responsibilities
Quality Management
Improve the Quality Management System (such as the management of CAPA, Non-conformities, Trainings, Audit, Quality Agreement, etc.)
Preparing draft of new procedures and operating instructions in support of the quality function.
Participating in the review of the processes, pushing towards the innovation of the entire quality process.
Product and services' inspection and approval
Tracking and responding to complaints.
Monitoring of all suppliers related to quality activities (e.g. temperature control, maintenance of temperature-controlled areas, pest control, etc.).
Managing and investigating deviations.
Internal audit program and compliance management
Identifying, investigating, and reporting compliance issues, irregularities, and violations.
Preparing audit reports on the results of quality inspections.
Evaluating outcomes of quality inspections and proposing corrective measures.
Monitoring of temperatures and critical systems and consulting with the Quality Person and advising leadership and management on compliance matters.
Operational Compliance and Documentation
Developing and providing employee training on compliance policies, practices, and reporting systems.
Maintaining records of compliance activities by compilation of quality registers.
Supporting in the preparation of documentation for AIFA and other regulatory bodies' new applications.
Your Skills and Experiences
Bachelor's Degree.
Experience in Quality Assurance (QA).
Experience in the Logistics field.
Knowledge of quality management system procedures.
Familiarity with ISO, GDP, and GMP standards.
