STIGA is a leading European manufacturer and distributor of lawnmowers and power garden equipment, with over 90 years of experience in the marketWe are consistently curious, conscious of trends, inspiring, and visionary – just like our customers.We seek a highly motivated Senior Controller to manage the Controlling team based in Castelfranco Veneto (TV).The role oversees, analyzes, and reports key financial performance indicators, including sales, costs, and cost efficiency. This position plays a critical role in providing financial insights and supporting strategic decision-making across the Manufacturing and Sales teams of Stiga Spa.Accountabilities ObjectivesOwns the control, analysis, and management of key financial KPIs (sales, costs, cost efficiency).Conducts comprehensive financial analysis to support business decisions.Prepares and delivers accurate, timely, and consistent financial reporting to FA leadership and the CFO.Key ResponsibilitiesCollaborates closely with project leaders and functional managers to develop and manage the annual budget.Produces detailed cost and financial analyses, including benchmarking against competitors and customer data.Provides in-depth reporting and breakdowns of key metrics (e.g., fixed costs, working capital, capital expenditures).Ensures that all financial reports comply with Group standards and policies.Monitors and coordinates customer credit control activities.Supports the implementation of global financial initiatives in collaboration with Group Controller, Group Treasurer, and local FA teams.Identifies opportunities for improvement in financial processes and drives their implementation.Skills QualificationsEducation:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field is required.A Master’s degree or MBA is highly valued.Experience:5-6 years in a similar financial role within an international, structured organization.An additional 3–5 years of experience in the Finance Accounting department of a consumer goods company is strongly preferred.Knowledge Tools:Solid foundation in financial and accounting principles.Familiarity with international accounting standards is an advantage.Proficiency in SAP FI - CO and financial software is essential.Languages:Fluency in English is required.Additional language skills are a plus.
