Join us in our exciting quest to build the future home. All about the role:Join us as a Controlling Specialist at our Food Preservation site in Susegana, Italy. You will lead finances, drive process improvements, and contribute to strategic decisions. Your insights will shape complex data into impactful actions, making an impact in our Manufacturing Operations. You will have exposure to a new wide-open environment partnering across departments in which to drive your own development. Join our exciting journey where you will directly impact the success of the most advanced Smart 4.0 Factory of Electrolux Group. In detail, you will: ·Play an active role in monthly closing, budgeting/rolling forecast process. ·Analyze financial data to identify trends, deviations, and improvement areas ·Drive process standardization and workflow improvements in financial operations. ·Oversee daily financial operations and site budgets. ·Manage site budgets, aligning with volume expectations and targets. Who you are: ·University degree in business administration/economics or similar (international experience is a plus). ·1-3 years of working experience in structured companies ·Previous experience in Controlling, Accounting, Auditing or Finance is appreciated. ·Experience or high personal interest in manufacturing environment. ·Team player with analytical thinking and high adaptability across functions. ·Continuous improvement approach ·Italian language is required and fluent English, written and spoken. Where you’ll be:You will be based in the Electrolux Groupd Preservation global site, in Susegana (TV), only 1 hour’s distance from Venice, newly created Smart Factory 4.0. Here you will interact with different nationalities and functions of the organization such as Quality, Production, and Supply Chain with the common goal to create the refrigeration of the future.
