Work where others go on holiday? A workplace full of history, charm and Tuscan flair, set in a picturesque hilly landscape. The Hapimag Resort in Pentolina is a beautiful medieval village not far from the cities of Siena, Florence and Pisa. In addition to its 139 holiday apartments, the resort also offers a wide range of sports facilities, such as a tennis court, outdoor pool, wellness area, beach volleyball court, its own herbs garden and much more.

Join our kitchen team! To ensure our guests enjoy unforgettable culinary experiences, we are looking for a committed, motivated and friendly individual to join us from mid‐May to the end of October 2026.

What you can expect

Preparation, cooking and plating of dishes in accordance with Hapimag standards

Responsibility for mise en place, cleanliness and tidiness of the station

Compliance with hygiene and quality regulations (HACCP)

Cost‐effective handling of food and assistance with stock management

Support in developing new dishes and menu suggestions in consultation with the head chef

An exciting and varied seasonal role from mid‐May to the end of October

What you bring along

Completed training as a cook

Professional experience in the hotel or catering industry is an advantage

Strong focus on quality and hygiene

Ability to work in a team, resilience and a structured approach to work – even during busy periods

Willingness to work evenings, weekends and public holidays

Good knowledge of Italian; other languages is an advantage but not essential
