Our client is a leading multinational company operating in the construction industry is looking for a Corporate Communications Leader based in Sassuolo Italy. This role will play a pivotal role in shaping the brand narrative and reputation of the Group. Reporting directly and working closely with the Brand Marketing Communication Director, you will co-create, develop, and implement strategic communication plans to drive brand growth and enhance stakeholder engagement.Key responsibilitiesCollaborate with the Brand Marketing Communication Director to plan, develop, and execute integrated advertising campaigns that promote brand image, corporate themes, products, and servicesOversee the development and implementation of corporate launch campaigns with an international scope, ensuring a unique and recognizable brand presence across global marketsManage projects, defining governance, development roadmaps, guidelines, and coordinating timelines and progress for assigned corporate projectsHandle supplier management, budgeting, and cost control, maintaining relationships with creative agencies, structuring contracts, and ensuring proper budget allocation, management, and monitoringConceive and implement marketing tools and materials, coordinating the creation of marketing and communication assets to support launch campaigns.Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, establishing governance and managing cross-functional teams within the marketing functionOversee internal communication toolsManage public relations for the CEO and shareholdersBackgroundExtensive B2B experience in a Corporate Communication Manager role.Experience in Construction would be advantageousStorytelling and copywriting expertiseInternational experience is requiredExceptional communication and inclusive relationship-building skills to manage cross-functional and international teams
