For Our International Client , Leader in Supply Chain Industry
We are looking for a: Cost Controller, based on Peschiera Borromeo (MI).
Reporting directly to Controlling Director, You will have the following responsibility:
- Management of the functional Profit & Loss
- Counterpart of functional Director and EMEA functional controllers
- Forecast and Planning of IT and HR costs, at Country level, embedded in the business
- Guarantee Reporting quality of all indirect cost center, excluding business
- Guarantee Country staff cost reporting quality, together with FTEs reporting and monitoring; this includes Coutry Staff cost Forecast and Planning
- Manage reporting drivers for customer profitability and support to monthly closing activity together with the FP&A and Reporting managers
- Knowledge of Country fixed costs and support in reviewing them during monthly closing
- Manage and update (based on Regional input) of the indirect cost charging model to the business
- Support to indirect function staff for any need (contact person), also just to be correctly addressed within the company to solve their problems.
What we need from you:
- At least 5 years of experience in International Manufacturing/Supply Chain Industry in a Cost controlling;
- Languages: English (fluent)
- Effective communication skills / interpersonal understanding
- Strong analytical skills

- Proactivity and Flexibility
