For a multinational sporting goods retailer with over 1400 stores in 45 countries, we are looking for a:
CRO SPECIALIST
You will be part of the CX Team and will be paving the way of our CRO Strategy. You will be assisted in your daily job with a network of developers with different skill sets and backgrounds as well as CX leader, UX designer, 1 data analyst, 2 web analysts, product owners and several e-merchandisers.
Main Responsibilities :
Work closely with the User Experience Leader to enhance user experience using CRO process;
Perform a CRO Audit of the ecommerce platform;
Continuous research and analysis of user journeys through quantitative and qualitative data (session recordings, surveys, heat map, scrollmap,...) in order to detect optimisation opportunities;
Deliver a pipeline of AB & MVT tests using prioritization model to constantly challenge the existing UX;
Work with UX/UI Designers, UX researchers and Product owner(s) in order to deliver UX optimized design;
Work across different CRO tools from analysis to implementation of your solutions.
Requirements :
Proven experience in analytics, website management and the end to end conversion rate optimisation process;
Extensive experience in managing, planning and executing A/B and MVT testing;
Strong abilities within Google Analytics;
Proven experience in CRO tools (eg: Contentsquare, DynamicYield preferably).
At least 4 years of CRO Experience
